Never. Corplys charges a flat service fee for the work we do on your behalf. State filing fees are collected separately and paid directly to your state. We show you the total cost β€” including state fees β€” before you place your order.
What are state filing fees?β–Ύ
State filing fees are charged by your state Secretary of State to process your formation documents. They range from $40 in Kentucky to $500+ in Massachusetts. These are government fees we collect and remit β€” not Corplys fees.
Can I upgrade my plan after ordering?β–Ύ
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Premium at any time from your Corplys dashboard. You will only pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.
Is the registered agent free forever with Premium?β–Ύ
Yes. The Premium plan includes registered agent service for the life of your business at no additional monthly charge. Starter and Pro customers pay $4.95/month after the first free year.
Do I need to pay for each state separately?β–Ύ
Formation plans are per entity. If your business is registered in multiple states through foreign qualification, you will need a registered agent in each state at $4.95/month per state. Contact us for multi-state pricing.
Is there a money-back guarantee?β–Ύ
Yes. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days for a full refund of Corplys service fees. State filing fees are non-refundable as they have already been paid to the government on your behalf.
